"When I walked into MY PERSONAL TRAINER for the first time, I expected to see a bunch of young, half dressed, silicone hard bodies. I decided before I walked in that that wasn't for me. Instead, I was greeted by a very professional and very personable man who introduced himself as an MPT Master Trainer. He made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning and, no, he wasn't a half dressed, silicone hard body.

"When he explained that my entire workout would be only 15 minutes each, just twice a week, I was very skeptical. Everything you read says 30 minutes minimum a day, every day. Who has the time to do that? But I thought, 15 minutes a day twice a week — if it can really work — anyone can fit that into their schedule. So I did and it does — wow, does it ever work!
